I offer many therapies to bring balance & harmony to all the body’s systems. This over all balance can help you achieve your health goals, help reduce stress and tension, boost the immune system, improve blood supply, balance pH, stimulate deep relaxation to revitalize body, mind and spirit!
I began my healing journey in my mid-twenties. In 1993, I studied Integral Yoga at the Satchidananda Ashram in Virginia. I am certified in all levels of Hatha Yoga & Stress Management. I love teaching and practicing yoga, meditation and relaxation.
In 1999, I studied Foot Reflexology to help reduce stress and ease health symptoms.
In 2009, I received certification in Nutrition Response Testing. I utilize this analysis to help identify any barriers to optimal health including food sensitivities, immune challenges, toxic chemicals, metals and scars.
In 2011, I received certification as a Whole Health Coach through the National Institute of Whole Health in Wellesley, MA. I love helping each client gain a deeper understanding of their health needs and making positive changes.
In 2015, I trained in Lyme Magnetic Protocol with Joan Randall in Woodstock, VT. This therapy helps treat the symptoms of Lyme and the co-infections associated with Lyme disease.
Currently, I am studying Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening with Thomas Dubois in Colorado. Active Isolated Stretching provides an effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups, restoring fascial planes. Learn unique sequences to isolate and stretch major muscle groups to increase blood & lymph flow, prevent injury and improve injury recovery.
The power to heal is inside of you. Through my work I have discovered this and it is my greatest desire to share this with as many people as possible. Your body has the natural ability to maintain energy, improve mood, lose weight, boost the immune system, and heal digestive disorders. The entire body is interconnected. A balanced whole foods diet is key to change. Excellent nutrition creates a cascade of positive biochemical reactions in the body to achieve greater health and vitality and reverse or prevent disease.
